The TNrealestate app provides access to public record data maintained by the State of Tennessee as well as by individual County Assessors of Property. This data is available from a variety of sources including the TN Comptrollers Office as well as County Web sites. Some of the data included is a bit dated but were in the process of updating, starting in the Middle TN region. We now also have building footprints where available.
